Endurance Training

I really don't want bulk, just muscle strength. Thusly, I decided to go down the path of endurance training. Tell me if this is a sufficient plan for such goals:

Light to medium weights, at a moderate lifting tempo. 3-4 Sets with 15-25 Reps. Curls, Closegrip Bench Presses, Squats, Heel Raises, 20 minuters of ab exercises, Upright Rows/Military press (maybe both, I heard delts are worn quick) and that's all... 3/4 times a week

I do alot of endurance training, and I still train like a bodybuilder, with moderate-heavy weights, and low-moderate reps. I don't think it has hurt my endurance much, and it has helped me keep alot of my muscle and strength.

I wouldn't recommend light weights, because I don't see much of a benefit. You won't build that much strength, and endurance comes from your endurance training, not your weight training.

If you want to do a whole bodyworkout, try the old school 3 day workout. That will probably server you better. Here is a link to the thread.
