I agree with joeblow, when I was doing jiujitsu every day I got bad tendonitis in my right elbow and wearing one of those elbow sleeves during training really helped... it stopped clicking as much and hurt less afterwards. It has to fit right tho, it's supposed to be tight to compress the area. I twould go to physical therapy too, but just for one session. Get a list of exercises to do and have them show u how to do em, then just do them by yourself every day for a few weeks. You can go back once every few weeks to check up on progress and get new exercises to do, but I wouldn't waste the time/money on daily PT sessions. I also wouldn't mess with cortisone, it can just mask the problem so you keep aggravating it in training and turn it into a more serious problem that you might need surgery for. Hope u get that taken care of, it really sucks having to take time off cuz of injuries
