I'm loving egg whites. Are there any pros / cons vs getting a whole egg and tossing the yolk? I was also wondering where the best place to buy them online. Thanks in advance for your help.

If you are going to consume egg whites, make sure that you either cook them or use a pasteurised source. If you consume raw egg whites in large quantities you will end up with a Biotin deficiency due to a glycoprotein in the egg white called Avidin. The Biotin defficiency will then interfere with protein synthesis and complete release of food energy.
The other health concern from raw eggs, if that is what you are going to use, is the possible presence of salmonella and/or e.coli.
Eggs are an excellent source of protein, choline and Vitamin K.
The white of the egg is a good source of riboflavin
The yolk is a good source of vitamin A, B, calcium, phosphorous, lecithin and iron.

I've read alot of your posts about dieting and you have really helped / educate me. I consume a 500ml carton every day (sometimes more)
It tastes not too bad (pretty neutral) and is not as expensive as buying real eggs and throwing away the yolks
