Egg whites

I wouldn't freeze them... I'm sure the label says that

Wrong again.....you most certainly can freeze them and the label reiterates that theory.........

I toss a few liquid egg whites (carton) in my shakes (am and pm), and havent caught the bug yet..*knock, knock*

Why not?? I've been freezing my egg sub. & egg whites in the carton for years with no problems.....they thaw out in the fridge & cook up good -- just like scrambled eggs so I don't see a problem....

And you won't.
But anyways, the commercial egg whites aren't too cost effective relative to other alternatives

shelling eggs is a royal pain in the ass

plus..

liquid egg whites are pasteurized and ready for consumption...no cooking necessary
