I guess I would be ecto with some meso

I used to be 155lbs, semi-lean, small wrists and joints etc 6.5 inch wrist
now 203-205lb on the average but slightly fatter :)

you also forgot to mention the nervous system, and its speed of transmission and effeciency etc

pretty much genetically given, and can have a big effect on how strong and explosive someone is. And so their ability to get bigger and stronger is influenced from that to

Sprinters tend to be ectomorphs who stay naturally lean, who have fast and explosive CNS, with lots of fast twitch fibers and have lots of anabolic receptor sites where it counts. They don't look big but can blow up over night when they want to, especially with the nice receptor site advantage that can magnify the effects of drug use :)

so just saying wether someone is an ectomorph, meso or endo doesn't really make a whole lot of sense. Too simplified

yea, you are very right, expect this would be basically used to put yourself into a catorgory, It helps you realize the genetics you are delt play a big part and to NOT get discouraged by other fit people while you are not fit.

NOW if i was writing an "ADVANCED" bodybuilding book, i would include even more details, but some1 just starting his/her diet need TIPS at first because too much information is hard to grasp, well this is how i feel so im trying to relate to the reader.

I think the passage preety much "sums" it up.

Thanks for making a note of it for me to include tho really appreciate it!
