Pure endomorph
I gain strength pretty easy when I go on a decent strength program,but I gain fat quite easily.Have the very wide hips that are a trademark of the endomorph.Been very heavy for most of my teenage years(got to around 270lb 30+%bf at 6'4) now I have shed most of the weight.The article was spot on in regards to the cardio,for endo's it is a requirement in addition to a good diet for getting reasonably lean.Timing most of my carbs around my workout sessions seems to help immensly too.
