Try not to eat too much before as food will delay your "high" as well possibly decreasing its intensity. Start off at 1/2 tab first (to assess your tolerance) and wait a couple hours and see how you are feeling. Also chewing gum while you are high will prevent you from grinding as much and munching on you inner gums.
