i hear people like myself are more likely to carry on lifting and eating properly than naturally big guys, as we value and appreciate the muscle we gain more. that said, i really do have to work my fuggin arse off for every tiny little bit of weight i gain.

I could agree with that, I'm a ahrd gainer my self to a point when i was younger I was a very hard gainer but as I got older it just evened out

do you mind me asking how old you are now, and how much you weigh/bf?
im only 20, so training aside, i imagine i've still got lots of natural filling out to do

I'm 24 and my normal weight is 180 at 12 percent but when training hard on supps and clean diet I'm about 190 10 percent, at worst with out training or real clean eatting I'm around 185 15 percent.

I started to fill out around 20 my self

hey skyline, this is a genuine question, believe me im not being funny or anything, but can i ask why you're looking to cut at 190lbs, when your bf isnt exactly high? have you reached how big you want to be?

awh naw man I'm BF is at an all time high right now I'm around 15 or 16 percent right now. I'm still a little lean in the arms and legs but mid section is out of control (well for me at least) others will argue lol.

I have been shooting for 200 my whole routine life but I need to keep cut as well, I surf and cage fight a little as well am in the US Marines so I have to keep fit for long runs etc. I have a lot of things to consider when it comes to lifting now just gaining.

I cut in the summer or end winter for summer then build back up, I find it helps to keep a happy medium rather than gaining for 2 years solid then spending a year loosing, thats a good way to loose a lot of musscle that is hard to get back. If you can gather what I'm saying I could eplain that more if you'd like.

I was a personal trainer for awhile and just found it a solid routine to cut summer and build winter reguardless if I hit my exact goals.
