Eca Stack And Keto Diet

Would One Of My Brothers On Elite Give Me An Example Of How To Run My Eca Stack? And What Is This Keto Diet? Sorry For The Ignorance, But I Have Spent The Last 5 Years "bulking" Up, And Now It's Time To Decrease Bodyfat Levels. Any Word Of Advice Would Be Greatly Appreciated!!
 
Eat a high protein diet with 500 calories less than maintenance. Stay away from drastic fad diets like the ketogenic diet. If you're training at all intensely you wont be able to do more than a few sets on this diet. You need complex carbs to train, but you need to keep the amount moderate and space them properly throughout the day. Also, cut all carbs out past 5-6 pm.

THANKS FOR THE QUICK RESPONSE. MY GIRLFRIEMD IS ACTUALLY THE ONE WHO WAS INTERESTED IN THE KETO DIET. HER WORKOUTS RIGHT NOW ARE MOSTLY CARDIO. I GUESS IT'S THE "SPRING BREAK" THING THATS GOT HER MAKING A PUSH TO DROP EXTRA WEIGHT. I'LL LEAVE THE FAT LOSS TO A LITTLE CARDIO AND ECA. BUT ANYWAY MR. 52-21-30, THANKS FOR THE ADVICE, AND SO QUICKLY!!!
 
Just tell her to keep carbs moderate. I'd say no more than 60-100 grams a day. No need for the less than 20 gram a day ketogenic diet, because as soon as she deviates from it she'll gain 5 lbs of water overnight, get discouraged, and probably quit. Also, when you slash carb intake that fast and that drastically it can lead to mood swings, headaches, insomnia, serious lethargy, etc.
