Eating white rice and bulking lean!

Hey guys, I'm trying to bulk clean pounds with primobolan and masteron cycle. Now I love white rice and would like to include it in large amounts still, but I know about the cards. I figure I would still ask if it is OK to include white rice in your diet when you are bulking?
 
Carbs are essential for building muscle. Carbohydrates keep the muscle full and fuel hard training. When you lift weights in the gym, the primary energy substrate used is glucose. It just makes sense to base your diet around carbs.

The problem with carbs is that too many carbs too often will make you fat. Your best option is carb cycling. You get the best of everything that way. The low carb days are fat loss focused and increase muscle insulin sensitivity where as the high carb days are very anabolic and refill depleted glycogen levels.

White rice, noodles, pasta, wholewheat rice, buckwheat. All is good as long as you dont have allergies
 
White Rice and Pastas are kind of things that bulks you up. I am kind of avoiding these things. As I am quite bulked up these days.
