Eating sausage daily

I am from the Midwest and have a long list of Polish and German roots and I grew up eating sausage pretty much every day. as an adult I realize it's not necessarily the best food to eat. My question is can you explain what is so wrong with sausage because everyone says it's not good for you

maybe sodium but who cares eat at least 1 sausage per day

because it is processed, anything processed is very bad for you. processsed meats including bacon, sausage, cold cuts, hot dogs, etc. are some of the worst foods you can put into your body

Sausages are fine to eat, as long as quality is good and like anything in life - in moderation
