You guys see no benefits to a guy with a fast metabolism that struggles to get enough calories, of eating a high calorie meal before bed as opposed to trying to eat more throughout the day?
Eating a meal just before bed is no substitute for eating properly throughout the day. You need to spread your 2500 calories out into 5-6 meals daily (ideally). If you eat too much at one time it is either gonna be stored or discarded as waste.
