im dieting right now. mainly just low carb, and watch my fat intake and calories i weigh about 195 pounds and im trying to get down to about 180. my diet is in perfect check, but this is my question. how bad is it to eat at night? my last meal (6) is usually at about 7:00 and i usually go to bed at about 12:30 or 1. the only problem is that at about 10:30 i get real hungry, so is it ok to have another meal? it would consist of a very lean turkey burger with some brocolli. what do you guys think of this? and if its not ok to eat this late how do you curb your appetite at night?
