Easy Six Pack - 6 min abs blah blah blah blah

I will right this one myself.

Today's society is obsessed with the idea of a quick fix.
We want what we want and we want it now. People become more and more lazy as the days go buy. all to often we hear the common words " I just don't have time" Or "I don't have the energy" even "well i did that and this and its not working for me like it does others".. Let me put it to you like this.

1. You have the time!!!!! Your lazy mind lets you think you don't. And if the statement where even a little true. Make the damn time. If you really want it then get it. Sit down sort out your life and make the time.

2. Of course you don't have the energy. But if you stick it out you can get it. The mined and body is a powerful thing. It will change and adapt quickly. You start making time and you start taking the right steps you will have all the energy you need.

3. Ya well some people are blessed. But be honest with yourself. Did you really stick to it and do it right? did you really give it your all and not get lazy? For how long? a week? may 2-3 weeks? Get real with yourself.

Now back the the 6 mins abs and easy crap work outs. Do you really think there is a easy way out? Do you really think you reaching the goal you want is going to be that easy?

The easy glider, the ab master, the bun master, the diet pills the infomercials with all the crap.. The big slogans "lose weight fast just 20 mins 3 times a week"
"drop 20lb in just 20 days" "clinically proven blast fat and make you look wonderful in just 30 days" !!!!!
do you really think its ever going to be that easy?

I would love to tell you that there is some easy fix. some easy way out. A pill, or a 20 min work out. But the plan simple facts is there ain't. It takes way more then that. It takes you making a the choice to change your life!!! the life you have been living for only you know how long.

Now lets not get discouraged and think "well I just can't do that" Because I can tell you right now. There has been many people before you with a much bigger hill to claim and they did it. They made the changes and got the rewards.

Its not imposable. Its not to hard. Its just not as easy as we would all like it to be. It may be harder for you then it is for others but you can still do it.

Exercise is where most people get really turned off. The thought of spending hours in the gym just kills them and makes them give up before they even start. you don't have to destroy your body with marathon 2-3 hour work outs. there is no need to spend a lot of time working out if you just do it right. Work outs seem hard, boring at first but believe me when you get 3-4-5 weeks into it and you see some results your mind starts to love it. If you do something for longer then a month it becomes a habit. Its a lot harder to quit a habit. Once you been doing it for 6 months its now a life stile. Look how hard it is to quit the life you have now.

45 to an hour 3-4 times a week. When you look the big picture its not that much time.

Make a plan, right it down and tack it. Its a lot more easy when you know just what you are going to do. Stepping into a gym blindly never helps anyone.

The other aspect of changing your life is the diet. This can be even harder then the first for some people. As a chef of many years I can tell you its a lot easer then you think. You need a few things.

1.Know what to eat. As in the right kind of foods what is healthy and whats not. Complex carbs, protein, and all the good stuff. I mean besides a few details I think everyone deep down in side can look at the plat in front of them and know if what they are eating is healthy or not. If you don't know its easy as ever to find out.

2. once you know what is healthy or not you need to learn how much and how often. This depends more on you then anything else. Every one needs a different amount. Again this information is not hard to find.

3. find the time to cook it. This is a big one for most people. Well you will need to find some time. Not as much as you think though. Make foods in advance, have them ready, find the tricks of the trade.

4. Choking it down.... lolololololol man this ones my fave.. Learn how to cook!!! its that simple. good healthy food does not have to taste like shit.

SO that is it. Where do you get all this information? here At elitefitness.com. Read, research, Ask people for help, make friends with people already living the life stile. Become a part of something bigger then your problem.

I know the feeling of wanting them fast. Of course, I have to remember it took me a year to get rid of them so they are not coming back overnight.
Diet is always number one when it comes to abs. Eating clean can be emotionally rewarding also. There is something to be said about knowing you are creating a better you for later on in life!

I ain't seen my abs in years.

I just started up my shoulder rehab again this week. So I have been doing cardio and using 5lb dumbells for everything else. After two days I was looking in the mirror for changes already! LOL

Is funny how we all do that, even knowing there wont be any changes in a few days. If I drop .4 lb I check my abs to see if I see any difference.... NOT!

LOL over my last contest prep I used to take an extra few minutes everytime I went to the bathroom to lift my shirt and see what my abs looked like. Once they were actually coming in it went from 1-2 minutes to about 5 minutes of me checking myself out.
