Easy Six Pack - 6 min abs blah blah blah blah

LOL over my last contest prep I used to take an extra few minutes everytime I went to the bathroom to lift my shirt and see what my abs looked like. Once they were actually coming in it went from 1-2 minutes to about 5 minutes of me checking myself out.

I can't wait until I can do that again. It will take everything I have to wear clothes to work!
