Dumbell Deadlifts

I can't imagine not having a gym to go to... unless I had my own gym at home. :)

If you are doing stiffy-deads... and dumbbells are your only alternative... I would suggest just holding them as if it were a bar in front of you and going down the same way... perhaps we could get some pictures showing how to do a DB Stiffy dead up here...

Sumos (as Corn said) are always an option... but I don't know if htey hit the say way as stiffy deads?

Citrus - I may be in NY but I am waaaay in the boonies 2 gyms to 7 towns and they both suck. Ask Conan69 he's been to both of them.

You should come into my world... were there is a gym ever other mile... they are splended... concrete floors, broken mirrors and chalk... glorious chalk.... :)

That would "F" up my back. That's just me, I can't aford to have two loose cannons swinging on dead's. All I can say is keep it slow and steady becuase you may through out a #22 rear disk and then your jacked up good.
