dullboy got schooled

The axe finds that when he works out with someone new and totally changes up his routing he gets quite sore as well.

I do the same thing and I dont know if I will be able to go out tonight. But I never have tried going at a real fast pace. I usally try to slow down if I am breathing real fast or hard. What the hell I am going to give it a try this weekend on my back.

I can't stand going to the gym and having my friend talk and waste my time and pump. I have to tell him to keep it moving and talk to me when I'm doing my set. There are very few people I like working out with and most of the time I'd rather go to the gym by myself and worry about a spot once I get there. Fast workouts till failure are great as long as you continue to concentrate on form which I tend to forget or neglect to do it being so much more strenuous.
