I don't really do shoulders, I've JUST started to toss them in here and there when I have some extra time...abs I do 2x a week or so..again, I toss 'em in when I have a little extra time.
YES, I had the "foggies" horribly bad at first...I was MISERABLE. But I just dug in my heels and sucked it up until the bod adjusted. It was really hard for me though....
In retrospect, I wish I had eaten more carbs, and more calories in general, while on-cycle. I would have prefered to sacrifice some BF% points in return for more muscle mass. BUT, all in all, I was 110% satisfied with the results.
