Proper nutrition before Elite:
Breakfast – bagel
Lunch – Slim fast Bar
Dinner – Spaghetti

(not kidding)

Proper nutrition AFTER Elite:
Meal 1 oatmeal and egg whites
Meal 2 ½ chicken breast and 1 cup broccoli
Meal 3 ½ cup cottage cheese
Meal 4 12oz tuna plain on whole wheat bread
Meal 5 1 chicken breast and lots of broccoli
Meal 6 protein shake (or something high protein/low carbs)

This is just an example of a typical day. I became so disciplined while on cycle that when I would make spaghetti for my family for dinner, and when I “tested” the noodles to see if they were done, I spit it out instead of swallowing it (get your minds outta the gutter, guys, I mean the noodle). Rarely had a cheat meal....there was 2 episodes when I lost it and ate what ever the hell I wanted, but it only happened twice.

So, to answer HappyScrappy’s question….THAT is what I personally consider proper nutrition (that's what worked for ME anyway). I took IP for about 3 months @ 10mg a day.

Ok now you've posted your diet, what is your trainings split?
 
Training split:

Right now I'm on a once a week split, arms, legs, back, and chest. Cardio 1 MAYBE 2x a week, walking on the tradmill with an incline.

I start with a weight that I can get 10 reps with, then incease every set (usually 3-4 sets) and go to failure (always less than 10) 3-4 excercises per body part...about an hour to an hour and 15 min 6 days a week.
