R Robboe New member Jul 24, 2001 #3 Why? After 6 weeks the gains are just getting tasty. Keep a routine that works until the gains stop. Then take a week off, make sure diet is spot on and then jump straight back in.

N natasan New member Jul 24, 2001 #4 I've always stuck with drop sets - going heavy right away and pushing through failure (between 4 - 6 reps). That has worked out the best for me.
