Drinking Raw Eggs, What Is So God

The human body cannot completely and safely digest a raw egg white. So, if you like to do the “Rocky Routine” with a raw egg or raw egg white in your drink, you are wasting your time, not to mention the threat of Salmonella. Avidin, which is found in raw egg whites, blocks the uptake of Vitamin B6 (Biotin) causing a vitamin deficiency. You must cook the egg white to neutralize the Avidin and allow your body to safely digest the protein and utilize all its Amino acids.
 
alright so no on raw eggs someone told me that people do that for some reason....so next question what about hard boiled eggs
 
Egg whites are very low in calories, have no fat, no cholesterol, and are loaded with protein
 
but boil them right, and what the egg whites are they the balls in the middle of them our the out side of them? or eat them raw clean? I am confused

chance of gettin salmonella is very slim, wouldnt worry about it, even if yuo get it unless your an infant or an old man nothing really bad is going to happen to you, also biotin is not vitamin b6, it is b7, egg yolks are very rich in biotin so if your going to drink raw eggs, drink the whole egg, if you just want the whites by the pasturized ones, the heat from pasturization is hot enough to neutralize the advidin
