The egg whites I use arent loaded with sodium either. Where the fuck are you guys buying this shit? Order them in bulk if your having a sodium issue.
I have a shake for breakfast every morning with 1 scoop of whey, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, and 1 cup egg whites. 56g protein. I use it to chase my piece of whole grain toast with home made peanut butter on it. (peanuts/cashews/olive oil/tsp sugar, no salt)
