I took a long break from running HGH I still have 7 full bottles of Beltropin that I just currently started taking again.
I wanted to fully start updating this long along the way and do it justice for myself and the others who typically follow my logs.
I also have to do right by Greg and @domestic-supply.com i have a commitment i need to fulfill fully. I dont care how long it takes or ups and downs. I will see this through completely.
Currently just on 1IU of Beltropin just doing a replacement/therapy dose protocol for sleep and recovery purposes.
5/2 protocol 5 dsys on 2 days off with the Beltropin.
i decided i would post some leg day updates, the pictures of me in the red shorts and blue shorts are from October 2023, the picture of me in the black shirts are current leg progression as of July 29th 2024.
I also did meal prep a little different this time around, I found this 3 pack skewers of chicken, green pepper and onion on sale for 3 dollars a pack! I couldn't pass it up, so I was that guy and bought all of them
I also thought for a little swich up in carb sources i got fully cooked baked patoatoes ( only ingredients on the bag is russet potatoes) they cook in 4 minutes cut down on prep time.

After doing some revamping and talking with someone very knowledgeable I quickly realized I was under eating and cutting calories way more than I needed to be cutting out.
The new target is as close as I can get to 2700 calories a day that being my BMR, factor in burning roughly 400-500 during weight training and another 100-200 during cardio that would put me right in the sweet spot at or around 2000-2100 calories a day.
Altered some of the volume downwards so I can still train hard and with a challenge each workout, yet not burn myself completely out In the process.
Definitely enjoyed trying it this way, it was difficult, yet fun and I wasn't completely spent half way through my workout, I'm had plenty endurance, strength and stamina for pushing hard all the way throughout the entirety of the workout.
Diet wasn't perfect but I wasn't aiming for perfect, I was aiming for getting in all that food, I forgot how hard it is to eat that many calories in a day, diet will be tweaked and refined as I go, it's a start.
Bpc157 is working wonderfully keeping me training hard week after week, its quickly becoming one of my favorite peptides for healing. I trained back hard and had zero elbow pain after that one injection with my last update.
The right knee has also been holding up exceptionally well and it feels like I have a new knee, it hasn't felt this good in years.
I can't begin to explain how it feels in my mind being pain free after years of dealing with pain in my right knee, knowing where I've been and where I am right now, without bpc it would not be possible.
The quality i have received from Domestic Supply is incredible, without DS helping me recover i wouldn't be able to pish myself how i have been.
i am very thankful for this. Also GH is going well taken right before bed time, been utilizing it on non training days just 1IU of GH for sleep and recovery, 150mcg of bpc daily.

Hello everyone I hope all is well, I wanted to start out by saying, the new gym has no ac and today was leg day, definitely tested me mentally as well as physically. I can say without a doubt I actually love the fact the gym has no ac because It makes me dig deep down and push through hard workouts and I love just sweating like crazy, makes me feel much more accomplished at the end of my workout.
I have a little less than half a vial of Bpc157 left, admittedly I haven't used it in a few months and thought by now it would be expired, well to my shock and surprise, I injected it last night before bed and 1 hour before my leg day, an let me tell you, that stuff still is potent as ever and fucking works for me! I had the smallest amount of discomfort during my leg workout and when doing cardio zero knee discomfort.
Protocol till I run out of bpc157 is just a small 250mcg a day and it does the trick for me.
Hgh is still 1iu 30 minutes before bed each night and it's been helping me sleep deeply and feel good when I wake up the next day.
For legs today we blended alot of volume and some strength, mainly volume was my focal point. I also am starting to see veins coming through in my caves which I never had before, it's small but progress is progress.
I also love how smooth the magnum fitness machines truly are, all my lifts just feel so much better, the leverage points and way they are designed, gives me muscle activation and pumps that are so good i almost can't take it lol, it was awesome feeling every muscle I specifically targeted, just hit and pump up like crazy today, I feel way better at my new gym and it's showing in my workouts.
