I am just talking in terms of health and well being not low body fat.

Breakfast:
2 Weetabix w/ skim milk, 2 slices of granary/wholemeal toast, 1 banana and a glass of orange juice.

Lunch:
A salad with approx 100g of chicken (grilled, no skin), 2 slices of granary/wholemeal bread, approx 100g of grapes (red and green) and a glass of orange juice.

Dinner:
Grilled salmon fillet w/ steamed vegetables, approx 50g lentils (green and brown), 1 apple or a small fruit salad.

*Snack:
Nuts, Seeds, Fruit.

Remember that I don't eat that exact same thing everyday, this is just an example from 1 day, any advice or comments are very welcome.
Help is appreciated, thanx!

No. There's too much sugar.

if u are trying to just eat healthy and not really get low bf than that is fine..... the glass of oj and the apple and banana are the sugar that makavelli is talking about i would guess..

Eat an orange instead. OJ is not that good since its got extra sugar and lacks fiber. And take out weetabix and eat regular oatmeal. There is no such thing as a healthy cereal since they're all processed so much. Other than that, it looks pretty good.

compared to what the average Joe that is a Dalai Lama diet man. Compared to most BBers diets, it can receive some tweaking.

It is all relative.

Most common people will ask if you are sick or something

I know what you mean which is why I tried explaining that I am not after muscle growth or a low body fat, just to be healthy and fit.

If you're not after a low BF%, then you can obviously be a bit more lenient, but I think you're eating too much fruit. The recommended daily intake (from the FHD, not for a BBer) is two serves a day. From what I can see you have five servings plus your snacks between meals.
