You might be tired but stretch once your workout is complete. this has to be a goal just like that bench press was 20 min ago.
This also helps increase muscle strength and flexibility.
Every time i stretched before any sport Training i felt a pull or two in my legs or back.
It is nothing but good for you if you stretch the correct way. Resistance stretching is the correct and safer way to stretch to avoid an accidental pull.
Just making sure people are aware of this. Hope this helps avoiding injuries.
