Do you perfer Tuna or Sardines?

I take turns...............and mix fresh sardines and canned, do the same with the tuna.....it all depends on my wallet....

I hate regular brand tuna like Chicken of The Sea and all those. Here in California there is a chain of stores called Trader Joes and they have the best Albacore in olive oil...tasty and chunky, not mushy...yikes! Tuna is supposed to have too much mercury anyway, so I eat it once in a while.

sardines in the tomato sauce is best. and don't look at them just close your eyes fork em and chew.

yeah its 50+ chicken breasts per week, easily as i sometimes buy fresh chicken breasts as well.
