Do you perfer Tuna or Sardines?

i buy frozen chicken 7 breasts per bag, i take one out of the freezer before i go to bed ... when i wake theres chicken ready to be cooked!

just thought about it i spend over $40 a week just on chicken!!

G-d, not to mention all the tuna, eggs and whey i eat!

I can kill a can of sardines... Love them. But I do agree, you have to try several brands out there to find the best kind. I don't know what could possibly be different about processing canned fish, but for some reason certain brands just aren't good.

Hot sauce, and plain water. Occasionally I'll get the ones in olive oil. I haven't tried mustard.

and how many cans would you eat per day?

Usually between 4-6 cans a day (of both) on top of chicken breast and some salmon.

and it's a cheap meal to have. You're getting your omega-3 fatty acids you need that's for sure!

yes sardines taste better.

sardines in the tomato sauce is best. and don't look at them just close your eyes fork em and chew.
