1/2 C. Oatmeal roasted
1/4 C. Oatmeal raw
1/4 C. cashews
1/4 C. Filberts
8 tsp. walnut
5 tsp. protein powder
3 tbsp. anpb (oil pour off before)
3 tsp. Jell-O FF,SF pudding powder Butterscotch
6 tsp. Splenda -it could go with more, I realized
1/2 C. Skim milk
1/2 C. water
1 eggwhite
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. bourbon vanilla
1/4 tsp. french vanilla
Chop nuts with knife, make big and fine pieces. Roast them along with oats if nuts aren't roasted before. Mix raw oats with dry ingredients, then add roasts in, eggwhite, peanut butter, milk and water if too thick.
Scoop them on cookie sheet, 350° for about 25mins or untill hard/dark colored. It only made 6 for me.

Tastes good, well, not like a white chocolate-macademia nut cookie which happens to be my Favorite, but still does the work
I think next time I might leave the pudding powder out so I am hoping for a less dry dough. I'll take a picture!!
