Do you have Cookie recipe?

I'd like to make some cookies with oatmeal or whatever, but I prefer not to use any kind of flour unless it fit is my 40P 30C 30F diet.

There's a high protein one posted down below somewhere. Mine came out good but not sure about anyone elses. Found this one online and it got good reviews. Just for a low calorie snack. No protein powder included in the mix.

Ingredients:

1-cup of oatmeal
¼ sweet potato
Dash of Cinnamon
4 packets of splenda (can add more or less if you like)
1/3 cup of water

Mix, and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees

Directions:

Take ¼ of a cooked sweet potato, strip the skin off, and mash it down on a plate. Toss the sweet potato in a bowl, and pour half of 1/3 a cup of water inside the bowl. Mix the water with the sweet potato. Then, add the cinnamon and splenda in, and mix. Then, put 1-cup of oatmeal in, mix, and add another half of 1/3 a cup of water, and mix well. You can add more water if needed, but be very careful not to make the mixture too soft.

After this, pull out a cookie pan, spray it with Pam, make cookies with the batter using your hand, and place them on the pan. It should come out to about 8 cookies.

Finally, place the pan in the oven for 20 minutes, at 350 degrees. Take the pan out, set the cookies on a plate and let it cool.

42 cals
1 g fat
8 g carbs
1 g protein

Per serving if following the recipe and making 8.

Never tried this one in particular, but yes I imagine you could add protein powder. Would probably have to adjust the water to make sure it comes out not too dry or watery. :)

There's a peanut butter cookie recipe that looked good somewhere I'll try to find.

I have one peanut butter recipe but since yesterday I ate a half a jar, I got to be very careful with it. Addictive :p

1 cup of PB
1 cup of sugar....original recipe (Splenda)
1 egg

mix, throw them on cookie sheet, bake for 20-30 mins. You can put sugar free marmalade on top or stick to together.

Wow that looks easy. I'll have to try it.

Very addicting. I'm sure no one else will get a cookie after I make them. :)

:) send me some! Are you a good cook?

A friend of mine told me the recipe, she couldn't eat anything with flour in. She had the original with real sugar. And this one is just soooooo yummie. :insane: :p

Do you think if I pour the oil off the pb is better? I have now those painful acnes on my face from it, or from the almond..I have to quit eating nuts eventhough I love them.

Very good cook. :Chef: Fed-EX ing them to you right now. :)

Not sure about the oil on the PB. But for that acne go get soem Cleocin topical gel from your doc. That's the only thing that every cleared up my acne when I was in high school. And I think I tried them all too. :)

Are you really? I mean Fed-exing?? I'll give you my address now. Or I know the UPS guy he'd deliver it me first :) Or you can just bring them in the city.. :)

I am not bad regarding my acnes normally, I just think it's better to be without any. These nuts gave me headache thus.. :kaioken:

lol No I'm at work and don't have access to a stove. I'm sure if I got to the point where I started making peanut butter cookies here my desk would be cleaned out by the end of the day. :)

Take care of that headache. Tylenol or aspirin. I get migraines a lot and those are no fun at all. Especially if someone surprises you by turning the light on really bright.
