Do you hate fat people?

There is an obese man in the cubicle next to mine. He has no manners whatsoever, eats with his mouth open. And he eats all day long, goes through a bag of Dorito’s a day, gets lunch from McDonalds every day, drinks soda constantly, and every sip is followed by a loud “…AHHH!!!!”. When he eats he sounds like he is making love to himself, making all kinds of grunts and noises. He burps and coughs all day long, every time he moves in his chair he sounds like he is out of breath. He is on his third chair this year, broke two already. When he walks to the bathroom he always gets winded from the exertion of simply walking.

How can anyone live like this??? If I had the choice to kill any one person in this world it would be him just so I don’t have to sit next to him anymore.

Not 100% black and white...

But I believe it is true for a majority of fat people. I believe a majority of fat people self-medicate unhappiness/depression with junk food...

I believe that my sisters battle with obesity has been for this reason..

Why else would someone choose to live in an unweildy cumbersom ridculous negative attention grabbing flabby vehicle?

I guess it would be important to distinguish between fat and a little overweight... being a little overweight is just a symptom of modern living... I have had many a sexy girlfriend of english size 12/14... grossly overweight and obesity is what I am talking about... when the excess begins to look unhealthy and unflattering in most people's eyes...

I don't dislike fat people-- but I can't stand people who won't take responsibility for their behaviors....and I think a lot of people with weight problems play victim and act like it's not their fault.

I don't hate fat people.

But I would hate that guy.

Personally, I think cubicles are the source of all evil, you can't help but be all up in each other's business. I always end up hating the people in the cubicles closest to me. Frankly, no two people should be in that close proximity for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Ofcourse you will hate each other.
 
Here we refer to them as "fattening pens" . Cubicles do suck, obese people are not defined by lack of manners and a pathological tendency to make slurping/grunting sounds, so this guy definitely needs to be moved to a less distracting area. Make a polite and professional request of your Imediate supervisor to move you so that you can concentrate better and improve your productivity level, which is suffering as a direct result of Shamu slurping down buckets of Krill all damn day.
 
I personally try to knock down a few dozen fat people in my car every week. Just watching their fat little selfs explode all over the front of my windshield brings a smile to my face.

Exactly.

I also hate the ones that bitch about it, but refuse to do anything about it. I have a couple co-workers here that are all about that. I overhear this one woman about going on weight watchers or something. Not long after that, I overhear her saying she's going to eat some cake or something, that it won't kill her. And then I see her eating a bag of microwave popcorn. WTF?
 
man theres this fat fat fat guy like 400lbs at least in my class, all he does is eat candy during the class and smoke before he comes in there and after he leaves

the thing is everytime he is in the class he is caughing which is prolly from smoking so damn much and no one can concetrate...

I've acually had a fatass woman at work bitch about being fat WHILE eating a huge bag of powdered dounts.

I generally dispise lazy, weak people anywway.

there is a woman in my office who is obese. over the past 6 months she has gone on the atkins diet and lost 50 lbs. she still has 50 lbs to go and has worked so hard. she is so kind that everyone loves and supports her.

more than anyone would ever say about you forge.

well thats the short list of what they can't do. Some are so fat they can't fit in a regular bath tub or shower, can't tie their own shoes, can't walk and have to ride around on a rascal...I saw a fat couple in Wal mart and they were both on rascals and in every ones way. I don't hate fat people I just don't respect most of them.
 
I hate what fat people represent, sloth.

I tend to get along well with anyone who can stomach my sense of humor.

That being said, I don't have many fat friends. Mostly because I rail anyone who is fat and "working on it" while drinking a 98oz diet coke.

Glennds, it was a general statement for a thread topic. NO, I don't hate blacks and jews, and to be honest I do not hate all fat people, although I can't understand why they allow themselves to be like that. I understand that some people have chemical problems in the body and a genetic tendency to be fat, but most just seem lazy to me. The statement someone else said about depression and obesity holds true for a lot of overweight people I know, they take "comfort" in food, and slimming down is just too much work for them.

This ONE fat person particular annoys me greatly. Is that more politically correct for you Glennds? ;)

Theres this guy in my gym who walks around sweating and smeeling. All he does is workout and look at himself in the mirrors making fun off people who are smaller then him. Maybe we should take away his right to be an asshole?
But you know what I would rather kill the fucker cuz I just dont like him.
Wait come to think of it theres a few guys like that at my gym why dont I kill them to?
Sometimes its harder to be more tolerant of people we dont like and just gives us an excuse to make fun of people.
Then again maybe that guy who is overweight will go postal one day and kill you instead and do us all a favor by getting rid of people like you.
One can only hope.

Some obese people will say they are larger than normal because they are genetically predisposed to storing fat more so than others. This is partially true, BUT, I feel ANYONE can change the way they look with hardcore diet, exercise, and a goal to work towards. I have nothing but disgust for people that eat and eat and eat, and say they're fat and cannot help it. BULLSHIT! You're fat because you do nothing about it, and don't have the willpower to get your ass into the gym and make some strides towards a healthier lifestyle. I have no idea what percentage of Americans are overweight, but I would almost guarantee it is a higher per capita ratio than any other country in the world. This is a "Fast Food Nation" (props to E. Schlosser) and the problems is just becoming worse.

Hate for no reason? Didn't you read my first post? The man has no manners whatsoever. I was raised to be polite in public and to show a bit of respect when dining and whatnot, this guy has no concept of it. I confronted him on it before, his reaction was similar to yours, I simply am a hateful person. In reality I'm a very forgiving person, kind to strangers and all that shit, my wife says I'm a lover not a fighter. He doesn't think he is doing anything annoying or disgusting.

I'm not the only one either. He used to go out for lunch with some people now and then, they no longer invite him. The other week there was a luncheon with the motor division and some customers, everyone in the department was invited EXCEPT FOR HIM. When he asked about it they said they did not want him to offend the customers. He got upset because he DOES NOT SEE ANYTHING WRONG with his manners.

Does that make it more clear for you Vader, or do I need to explain it in more basic terms?
 
I used to be really fat then I lost 60lbs of it anf put on about 20lbs of muscle(Naturally I might add) so now I can say I sympathize with fat people, but at the same time there is an overwhelming desire to yell at these people who complain about being so fat and ask me what pill I took to get the way I look now.

ITS NOT A FUCKING PILL YOU LARD ASS!DON'T EAT SO GODDAMN MUCH AND GO RUN YOUR ASS OFF!!!!!

i can't really associate with fat people, especially girls. It bothers me talking to them even. Being a little chubby is one thing but being obese is absolutely disgusting. shows you have no willpower or self respect for yourself. Usually obese people lack other things too...whether it be personal hygiene, self esteem etc.
