so when do they use it than? when there cutting???
why would they do that?, all that extra water

I've tried creatine a couple of times and didn't care for it. It just never seemed to do anything for me. The only reason I'm taking it right now is 1) I paid for it 2) it's flavored and mixed with my protein it tastes soooo good!
I do know guys who swear by it but once they quit taking it......
