Do Not Ever Ask About The Past!

Just wanted to share some life experience with the younger bros. If you have a girlfriend, or wife, do not ever, ever ask that person for details on their past relationships/sex lives! You may get information that you will never forget, and it will haunt you. I am on my second marriage,this is my wifes third. In a moment of weakness ( we both had been drinking ), I asked about some of her past relationships. She was very honest. I got details and info that I wish I did not know now. I dont want to make her sound like a slut, but I married early, and was married for 20 years the first time. This woman is only the 3rd I have ever been with. This info session came about before we were married, and five years later I am haunted by those details. I love this women with all my heart, and I know she loves me too. But, I cannot let go of her past,( lets just say she had affairs in her previous marriages, and has been with lots of men, one of which I work with ). These kinds of details were none of my bussiness, and in some ways I am glad she was honest. But trust me when I say this , dont ask, and dont tell.

i'm with you 100%. i hate when you start dating girls and they go through the hundred questions about how many.. with who.. etc. most of the time i tell them no, but sometimes they insist.. then when i don't ask them they think i don't care. i just don't want to fucking know - and even if they did tell me - there's a fair chance they're lying anyhow, but if they didn't and they told me something i didnt want to hear - it's hard for me not to dwell on it.
