i was doing nice gym, for long as 7-6 months to gain weight..well done i did , but i got the face puffness problem, which i didnt knew at that time , and i thought it was all fat....
so having no knowlege i went to starvation mode...left gym for quite long, face went down but came back as it wasnt fat.......so now i have realised it...but isnt it too late??like i really starved myself badly and did cardio on top of that...i have been on and off from starvation..
now i don do that anymore but i don think i still have the muscles because i am eating too much but yet my muscles arent getting pump in gym.And top of that face stores liquid and makes me look like an alien....

can anyone tell me why isnt my muscles getting pumped.? i tried eating alot but still no success..or i have to wait coz my body is recovering....Man i am sad ..gym changed my life to bad...i was so skinny and now im skinny fatty...
please help me if u can!

Any idea how to get rid of face puffness? :( i don want the body but just to get rid of the face ..Whenever i do gym ,i sweat and my face goes down...what the hell is this disease..ppl think im still fat but i don have anything ..
And yeah i have got fat on hips which doesnt go :( basically my body isnt releasing fat..help me plzz im sad!
im thinking of whey protein!
but scared it might make my face more fat or big?

Diet is key. Eat proper meats (chicken, fish, Tuna, steak, etc.) and proper carbs (vegetables, rice, granola, etc). Maybe incorporate muscle milk and some protein shakes to your daily meal plan. Drink over a gallon of water a day. Continue training on the weights and cardio. Soon you should get your body to what would be "normal" to yourself. No more starvation issues, physically or mentally. Be patient in the process as it is hard work.

More info on your daily diet would help you get better advice as well.
