John G...niacin is a vasodialator which causes a temporary increase in the inside diameter of the blood vessels allowing a more rapid blood flow which screws with your blood pressure.

not a good idea to take niacin just to attempt to look more vascular.

unless you use a lot of gear , it comes from genetics and having low bodyfat.

i think niacin with gylerol and vandry sulfate with one glass of red wine it get pre show but yu have too have very very low bf
