DNP For Women

I dunno how you could eat carbs on DNP as you are ready hot the minute you eat them you body temp sky rockets even more. Becareful! I ran it for 2 days developed a rash sayed f* this and dropped it. If the sides are out of control my suggestion is just to drop it. Risk reward with this drug is simply not worth it IMO.

Exactly.....

Keep in mind there is some evidence that it could be harmfull to the eggs....unlike men who produce sperm on the go...all your eggs are already there

Damn, elf! I'd just drop it now! If you do well with ECA, why not stay with it. If you want some kickin' thermo action, you could try some T-rex. It gets you pretty heated up. I take EC minus the A with T-rex a couple times a week and do well with it. I'm also 5' 4" & 128-129 lbs. You seem to tolerate stims well, it may work for you.

Anything that makes me feel weak - per your 20% drop with the weights - is totally not worth it. Weak, hard to breathe, cravings, water retention........flush it........

Hope you start feeling better! :rose:

It raises surface temp., NOT core temp. You will actually find just your core temp DROPS slightly. It still can be miserable though.

As far as the rash, everyone who wants to run DNP should always take a low dose for the first 3-4 days to see if sides like the rash develop. If the rash comes on, but is not severe, many peeps have taken Benedryl for it and successfully continued to take the lower doses of DNP. If the rash is severe, then yes, DNP is not for you. Once you determine whether or not you can successfully take DNP, then you can start increasing the dosage until you find your tolerance (typically 100mg/day).

at 25% BF .. why dont you just try strict diet and training instead of risking your life?

True. I sell the Tanita scales where I work and they are just not that accurate for consistant bf% measurements. there are really 3 main ways to measure, electrical impedence (bf scales, and held units), calipers (ol' reliable), and the dunk tank (most accurate but biggest pain in the ass). when people ask me if the electrical impedence is reliable I tell them, "it's the 3rd most relaible way to measure. lol!! It's ok for the average person who just needs a general idea if they're losing bf or not, but anything more serious, go with the calipers.

RE: carbs and DNP. All the information I've gathered maintains that carbs should be high during a DNP cycle. At least 50%. I'm wondering if you have a point though. I've seen great results with keto diets.

And, it DOES raise your core temperature. I know from personal exprience. (I've been under medical supervision the whole time.)

I've spoken with my doctor about the sides, etc... he strongly advised me to stop, ran some blood work, and said everything is fine. There is a slight decrease in white count, and a slight increase in bilirubin, which indicates that it is effecting my liver. He said that while there seem to be no problems now, there is not enough information (studies, clinical trials) to be certain that it's not going to harm me long term.

...yeah, not the smartest thing I have ever done.

This is what Im most interested in and why I joined, How will I ever know what my BF% should be, every web site/ book says something different?! All I know is that Im noit happy with they way things are fitting these days and have been doing a ton of research on DNP but not seeing anything about how it works on females, ie do yoiu lose as much BF or what side effects...I work our 5 days a week and keep a low carb diet but its just not cutting it for me, I'm 5'10 1/2 and I think I should weigh around 145?! But I'm more concerned about my BF now. I'm so new to this and lost, I just got out of the Army and they have a different look at body types, any help or ideas would be greatly appriciated, especially about DNP

You should bump up fruit etc...that increases the carb consumption on its own.

IMO - you can run a lower dose with a higher carb intake and get comparable results as a slightly higher does and low carbs
