Discomfort in my Balls

I got pretty severe blue balls the past weekend (not because I wasn't getting any, for some reason I couldn't orgasm). We kept trying over and over and I couldn't blow. So I obviously was in extreme discomfort afterward, to the point of not being able to walk w/o pain. But now this uncomfort is lingering in my balls and it is both scary and annoying. Anyone have any clue? Maybe swelling or something? p.s. I have since then been able to blow my load so I've been doing that regularly hoping to alleviate this most unfortunate problem.

anyone have any thoughts? I would appreciate ANY advice or information.
