Digestive aids - should you need them?

Sorry if this has been posted before, I don't come to the diet forum that often (well, first time actually ;)) and can't do a useful search because I'm non-plat.

My diet is roughly as follows. I'm bulking, so it comes to about 4000 cals.

07:00: oats, milk, kiwi, 1 whole egg, 6 egg whiltes
10:00: oats, milk, banana, ANPB shake
13:00: chicken sandwich on brown bread, banana (sometimes same as 19:00)
16:00: oats, milk, banana, ANPB shake
19:00: new-potatoes, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, tomato, chicken
22:00: 1/2 meal replacement, oats

My stomach never seems to be totally settled and towards the evening, I always produce an amazing aroma :) Maybe it's the veg in the evening, I don't know. I drink about 1.5 - 2 gallons of water a day.

I was wondering whether digestive aids would help for both things. Something like these:

Is something like this likely to help, or is there something I could change in my diet to help?

I have done this and yes I've shit out alot of green pebbles.

Very safe.

There's enough info on that site to turn me into a hypochondriac. Popping a digestive enzime pill every day sound much easier, but may just be masking the underlying problem. If there is anything wrong with me that is... See, I've started worrying already :)
 
I think those liver/gall bladder flushes are pointless. If they had any real significance, they'd be more widespread by now. I'm sure it does something temporarily, but it's nothing to stress over.

The shakes are giving you a good deal of fiber, combined with the veggies, ANPB, and possibly milk if you're even the slightest bit lactose intolerant. I woulnd't even bother with a digestive aid, AB. Just get used to it. Your body might have to adjust to the higher levels of fiber if you've recently changed your diet, too.
 
Thanks AI. I've followed the same diet for quite a while, so I'm used to everything. I think the veggies in the evening might be causing all the gas. As for being more regular than I'd like, I think that must just be down to the amount of food I'm eating. If a lot goes in...
