I dont know if this has been posted before, but I have recently heard about how people with different blood types require different diets. I dont know the exact science behind it because I havent read any literature about it, but someone was telling me that since I am of blood type A I should be consuming a lot of agrarian type foods and not as much meat. Type O blooded people supposedly require more meat...etc.

I am very very skeptical to say the least, I think reducing any protein source would be counterproductive to strength and size gains.

Has anyone heard about this dieting idea, and if so what are your thoughts?

I think it was howie long that I saw on the tonight show. He said he had his blood tested and then ended up dropping thirty pounds. I don't think it has anything to do with what type of blood you have (a,b,c,d,e,WTF) I think it has more to do with other shit like the level of iron and so forth in your blood. A friend of mine did tell me that he was O type and he always ate bloody meat where as for me I am A+ and I like my meat medium well. How ever I don't think this is true for everyone.
