I'm on the run alot so i have to drink alot of shakes and eat alot of protein bars and i usually get in 2-3 solild food meals in a day. What i have been doing is trying to get in anywhere from 50-75 grams of protein a meal and then have weight gainers throughout the day to bump up the cals. I weigh 209 and im currently getting in about 350 grmas of protein trying to get it up to 400. Anyways interested on how u guys do it!
