What's up guys. First post here just looking for some of you to share some info about your favorite diet to do with Cardarine.
I currently am running UD2 by Lyle McDonald. It worked wonders before. Adding GW to it sounds even better.
Looking into how GW works it seems that the optimal diet for fat loss would be a steady caloric deficit with high protein moderate carb and low fat. GW forces the body to utilize fatty acids as fuel, carbs are shuttled muscle tissue at a higher rate. Eating lower dietary fat in theory would be optimal.
I saw a post where someone said that GW does not burn dietary fat but only your own body fat, as a physiology and nutritional science student I do not believe that. Fatty acids are fatty acids regardless if from diet or your own body fat.
Anyone care to share experience?
