diet while on clen, T3, and yohimbine?

Big Andy how do you reccomend mine then at 10 weeks?
I got a QV EQ at 200mg/ml at 10ml
and I got a QV Winny at 50mg/ml at 20ml
a bottle of Cynomel, and some liquid clen and about 20 oxyflux left, as well as around 20 IP clomid from a previous cycle.

I am thinking of just running high protein about 250g a day, keeping carbs around 100g a day, and the rest as fat, but might drop the carbs lower and run a TKD diet for 10 weeks. Also using some Yohimeburn DF and I got Dymetadrene Xtreme and half bottle of NYC left.

My stats are 6'2" at 16%BF at 20lbs, and I ran a Tren cycle for 6 weeks previously as well as a Clen/ECA 2 weeker.

any thoughts since my cutter is basically teh same as Spidey but with less EQ and adding Winny?

Everybody diets differently.

As far as gear, Save the Eq for another Cycle. EQ is a add on, shouldn't be a base for a LBM retaining cycle (ie cutting)

The best drug to use while dieting is, in somewhat of an order:

1- Tren
2- Anavar
3- Winny

Most people will do very well with the above

Test + anti E is good as well as NPP and Dbol with Anti-E

IF (big IF) I add 50 mg tren ed weeks 5-7, do you think that with the eq is enough? Will I need to think of post cycle therapy with the added tren? That is part of the reason I chose EQ is because at the low dose I am running, I probably wouldn't need any PCT.

If I bought some winny (tabs?), how would I run that? Would I need PCT?

If you don't need post cycle therapy, then you are not using enough to combat muscle loss(GH is the exception). EQ + winny is fine.

You will have to take a look at your balls see if they shrunk, a little HCG and nolva and you are set. Without the tren, I would run it w6-10 (12 if you can afford it) 50mg ED

Damn, I HATE clomid!!

I just thought of something. I do have some 1-test cypionate powder. I could whip up an injectable 1-test cyp. Do you think that would do the trick (along with the bold cyp)?
 
You don't need clomid for PCT, I can't tolerate it. I run heavy deca cycles and recover using Clen/nolva/HCG/little arimidex/anavar

1-test? I'm not familiar with it. Sorry. It could be worst for you in terms of recovery than winny (I think it is)
 
update

OK, I think I have everything in place. Here is the plan:

Diet: 5 meals a day where a meal is defined as 30-50g protein+15-30g carbs+ <10g fat.

Training: Cardio 20-30 minutes 3 times a week + my normal weight lifting schedule (3 day split, heavy weights to failure)

supplements and chemical help:

600 mg R-ALA (2x300mg) ed
2000 mcg B12 (oral) + 2000 mg vitamin C+multivitamin + 4g B5 ed
5-10g creatine ed

Weeks 1-10: Boldenone cypionate 400 mg ew (200mg Mon & Fri)
weeks 3-5: clen 20,40,60,80,100,(100x9 days)+yohimbe 12 mg
weeks 4-10: T3 (liquid T3 from NC) 12.5 mcg ed
weeks 5-7: ECA stack
weeks 7-9: Clen 100 x 14 days (yohimbe if necessary)
