diet while on clen, T3, and yohimbine?

Damn you spidey make me some bold cyp...please.
 
Spidey, I know I recommend Clen/T3/yohimbine but be careful.

On 100mcg of clen and 50mcg of T3, I couldn't imagine adding yohimbine. You are using 12.5 so it won't be that bad. Start slow like Brick Girl said.

Up the Taurine if you feel you need to, it doesn't hurt one bit.

Also, this is crucial, take your T3 as soon as you wake up on an empty stomach and don't eat for 30-40mins. A quality brand will go a long way.

And fiber is a bad idea before training (veggies) it can slow you down.

I don't really like your diet but that's me. I wouldn't be able to follow that for more than 2 weeks

LOL, these are the exact dosages you recommended.

OK, I am new at this whole dieting to lose fat thing. I am a natural ectomorph who has never dieted and never been above 10% BF before now.

Break it down for me BigAndy: The last thing I want to do is hurt myself or damage my thyroid. How do you suggest I run these compounds? how would you change my diet?

Brickgirl - Yeah, I know I need more protein. I am working on it, LOL.

brickgirl, what kind of AS have you used and which would you attribute most fatloss/hardness to, not including diet as I know you must eat absolutely perfectly.

You have the most amazing abs I have ever seen on a woman. Not to be corny I just really admire you work ethic and dedication.

Yup, the doses are fine, I'm just telling you to take it slow. I'm VERY sensitive to stimulants, if I
drink too much diet coke past 9pm, I can't sleep. lol Nathan can pop 50mg of ephedrine and go to bed 20mins later. Everybody is different.

Ectomorph? You are more likely to lose LBM easily.

Say you have 10 weeks of dieting.

The first thing I would do is up the Eq to 600mg or add a fast acting drug (winny or anavar is your best bet)

Carbs/protein/fat

W1-2: 40-40-20
W3: 30-50-20 lower calories slightly (~150 a day)
W4: 30-50-20 Clen
W5: 30-50-20 Clen / T3
W6: 20-60-20 Clen / T3 / Yohimbine (12-18mg ED)
W7: 20-60-20 Clen / T3 / Yohimbine (12-18mg ED)
W8: 30-50-20 T3 - lower calories once again
W9: 40-40-20 HIT Cardio
W10: 50-30-20 HIT Cardio


Eq: w1-10: 400-600mg

I would highly recommend Tren: 50mg ED w5-7, maybe end with some winny W8-12

As far as a diet, I need specifics, Bodyweight/ how many cals you eat to bulk, schedule, what time you workout out, how often...

Thanks! :) to me they all work the same, just use a little to preserve muscle loss while dieting is what I use it for, it doesn't help me to lose any more fat, thats all diet :) I have used propionate winstrol and anavar all in real low doses, anavar would be my favorite for contest time, propionate would be my favorite during powerlifting season and winstrol is my favorite when I want to put on about 40lbs or so :)

I can't take tren anymore; part of the deal with my wife. I don't have any winny and I don't have the money to buy any right now either. I only have enough bold cyp to run 400 mg for 10 weeks but if need be, I can make more.

I am 35 yrs old, 5'8" and 160 lbs. I was 125 to 130 lbs my entire adult life before last year. I ate 3500 to 4500 cals a day with 300 to 350 grams protein to bulk. Basically, I was relying on my ectomorphic metabolism to not gain a lot of fat and wasn't really controlling my carb and fat intake; bad move I guess so here I sit at 16% BF.

My schedule:

I take my son to preschool around 8:30 to 9 and then head right from there to work. I work until approx 6:30pm. Weekends are spent working around the house and various leasure activities.

I work out Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for 1 to 1.5 hours in the evening after work. Cardio first (20 to 30 minutes) followed by weights. Sunday = chest/triceps. Tuesday=legs/biceps. Thursday=back/shoulders/abs. I try to get in at least two major exercises for each bodypart. I lift the heaviest weights I can complete a set of 8 reps with for 3 sets per exercise and 2 minute rests between sets.

We are entirely different, when I started lifting I was 176lbs at 17%, 5'8...never had problems adding mass, losing weight was a real struggle at first.

So anyway with the plan I listed starting at 2400 calories.


W1-2: 40-40-20 : 240g/240g/50g
W3: 30-50-20 (2200 cals a day) 160g / 275g/ 50g
W4: 30-50-20
W5: 30-50-20
W6: 20-60-20 110g / 330g / 50g
W7: 20-60-20
W8: 30-50-20 (2000 cals a day) 150g / 250g/ 45g
W9: 40-40-20 200g / 200g / 45g
W10: 50-30-20 250g / 150g /45g

This isn't set in stone you can add or remove calories as you see fit or increase/decrease cardio.

400mg of Eq is not going to do much of anything to save your LBM. Double it, seriously. Eq is just a bad choice.
