diet while on clen, T3, and yohimbine?

OK, I have decided to take the plunge. I have ordered my clen, T3 and yohimbine as well as some R-ALA.

I had my "discussion" about AS with my wife and while she still doesn't like the idea, she can live with it especially if she doesn't have to see me injecting or have it in her face all the time. Still, there are some AS I will have to stay away from like fina (discusting night sweats) and test (bad acne).

I made myself some boldenone cypionate and plan to use 400 mg a week of that along with the clen, T3, and yohimbine. My plan is:

weeks 1-10: 400 mg Bold cyp (200 mg Monday and Friday)

weeks 2-6: 100mcg Clen ed (ramping up 20mcg ed from initial 20mcg dose), 12.5 mg T3 ed, 12 mg yohimbine ed, 5g Taurine ed

I just had my BF measured and it is 16%. I feel like such a fat-ass! My goal here is to drop some serious BF while maintaining the muscle I have (although if I gain a little muscle I won't be unhappy).

My diet right now is like this:

meal 1: one packet of flavored instant oatmeal with a little 2% milk and a 50g protein shake (made with water).

meal 2: some tuna (with low-fat maonaise-sp?) on lettice, low fat yogert and maybe some whole veggies (carrots?)

meal 3: more tuna with lettice, low fat pudding, more whole veggies

meal 4 (pre-workout): 50 g protein shake and whole veggies

meal 5 (post workout): usually some kind of chicken (lots of it) and complex carbs like rice.

I will throw in 300 mg R-ALA with my morning protein shake and another 300 mg with dinner. I will take my clen, T3 and yohimbine first thing in the morning about 30 minutes before my first meal. I am doing cardio 3 times a week and continuing to strength train on a 3 day split. The moderate dose of bold cyp is mainly just to preserve my muscle.

OK, suggestions? Criticisms? I am getting about 200 g protein a day. I should probably increase that a bit. What do you think about everything else?
 
I am thinking of running something similar to that as I am thinking of running
EQ 200mg/week for 10 weeks
Winstrol 350mg/week for last 6 weeks
Clen 120mcg/ED for 2 weeks
standard T3 pyramid
NYC/Dymetadrene Extreme for the remainder of hte cycle.

I would up your protein to atleast bodyweight, but I weigh about 225, and like to hit around 250g protein a day. I would also watch the carbs and only make sure to eat the clean ones as I put on a little BF on my first cycle by consuming chocolate, and a few other non clean carbs.

Also, are you taking Yohimebine HCL caps or are you applying it topically (ie Yohimeburn or Lipoderm-Y)?
 
I would use regular oatmeal and add honey for sweetener.

That instant flavored kind can be really high in sugar and cause insulin lvls to increase.

Also im not seeing any complex carbs in that mix. I would include a good complex carb/potein mix post workout.
 
Why would you start everything at once? Why not slowly incorporate things to have a steady progression of fat loss, instead of crashing your system with everything and surely sacraficing muscle in the process. Doing it steady and slowly adding in things to continue the process will allow the body to adapt to the fat loss instead of massivly rebounding when everything you have crashed it with is gone? :)
 
Looks pretty close to what I am doing except I am not using the Yohimbine HCL. I do have the topical Yohimbine that I am going to start using for the next two weeks. So far I have been dropping a couple of pounds a week and workouts are still strong.

I also running 20mg of Adderall. This is prescribed for my ADD. It works out well because it provides some appetite suppression as well as counteracts the tired feeling I get from clen and t3.

I am happy with the way things are going. Good luck with yours.

Maybe I am wrong. Doesn't rice have complex carbs? I could subtitute potatoes.

What you are saying makes sense. I have started the bold cyp this week. I am thinking maybe I will start the clen in a week or two and start the T3 and yohimbine in week 4 or 5. I can taper off the T3 to end it completely by week 8 and taper off the clen and yohimbine to end around week 10.

What do you think? Does that fix it?
 
Sounds a little better, I would have held off on the cardio for a while also :) And whats with only 200grams of protein, last time I dieted for nationals I got down to 120lbs and I was taking in about 190 grams of protein, I think you might want to bump that up a little if you want to preserve that muscle, you might want to add some more red meat in there :)
