I'm gonna be doing a sustanon/deca/winstrol cycle soon...
well, roids aid protein synthesis and such... is whey isolate really necesary while on Gear? you get what i mean? is whey is something you spend money on when you don't wanna do gear?
also... should i watch my fat/protein/carbs ratio for each meal?
so, i should onlyu eat meals with carbs and protein or fats and protein? how much fat should i be eating? anything else concerning diet on gear that i should know? beside eating enought carbs and lots of protein? shoul i eat sugar throught the day (specially on working out days right?) to keep my insulin levels high?
and, should i train like, 5 days a week? working out each muscle group as thoroughly as possible? or just a three day split would do?
