Depends on who you ask... you know the people who think small meals every 2-3 hours speeds up metabolism, then you'll get the study posted showing these frequent meals had no affect on metabolism for the subjects being tested etc. On going debate.
I think that maybe when Im a few weeks out from my comp I'd do the meals every 1.5-2 hours, but for the average person I dont think something like that would be optimal unless you are a gung ho fitness enthusiast just testing things out to see how YOUR body reacts..., which BTW I totally encourage b/c how will you know for sure unless you've tried it yourself?
