Diet Plan Help!!!

Im currently trying to bulk up please help with my diet plan. A normal day usually looks like this at the moment.

07.00
Coffee
3 whole eggs on 2 slices of whole meal bread
50g Cheerios/oats

09.00
Green Tea
Protein shake with Bcaa and Creatine
Banana

12.00
Protein Shake with Bcaa Creatine and Dextrose

13.00
2 Tuna Salad Sandwiches

15.00
Protein shake 300g cottage cheese

18.00
300g Steak baked potato brocoli

20.00
2x peanut butter whole meal bread

22.00
Casein Protien with milk

Snack 50g nuts
 
We also need to know your age, height, and weight also. From the looks of it you don't have hardly any food at all and your diet is based on shakes. Shakes are a good addition to a diet but they shouldn't make up your entire diet.

sorry bro but meals throughout the day shouldnt be consisting of protein shakes! you should be eating REAL food and in-between you can take those shakes like you have laid out. but meals should be of real food, not shakes
 
1) 7oz chicken, 1/4 cup quinoa, .5 serving phyto food

2) same as 1

3) pre w/o shake 1 scoop syntha 6 with aminos in water

4) post w/o shake 2 scoops whey, 1 cup liquid egg whites, aminos, scoop carb powder, water

5) 8oz chicken or red meat, .5 cup quinoa, .5 serving phyto food

6) 7oz chicken, 2tbsp grape seed oil , tbsp grated romano.

7) if I'm still awake I have a scoop of syntha 6, cup of egg whites and tbsp peanut butter.

Not counting meal 7 its apx 310g prot., 170 g carbs, apx 100g fats and around 2700 cal. This is what I'm cutting on now. As an example. Again....not counting meal 7.

At least 1 gallon of water a day.
 
Thats more food then mine and im trying to bulk. my diet needs alot of work!! I used to be a right fat arse so im always worried about putting bad weight on. Im defiantly going to add alot more calories thanks.

Keep in mind I'm also 25kg (i think i converted right) heavier than you. (230 pounds) and 6 feet tall (or 182.9 cm)

You have to calculate your lean body mass and then you can figure out your maintinence calories. Then cut that by a few hundred for a cutting diet or increase it by 500 or so to bulk. You dont want to go too drastic when bulking because you will just add fat.
