Well, over the past year, ive had a couple unsuccessful attempts at dropping a few %'s of body fat, i'm looking for some guidance this time from you guys...
I'm thinking of trying Mr. X's all natural peanut butter diet, seems simple and the ratio's look good. Anyone seen good results off of this?
I lift on a 4 day split right now, and will be doing sprints in the AM of the other 3 days....what are some thing I will need to keep in mind to make this a successful attempt?
