hey im trying to loose a bunch of fat right now and i want to gain some muscle mass and strength. now im not saying im a pro lifter but i do know my way around a gyn i just havent dont it in years. i am currently 5'11"and 270 pounds. i am 30 years old and i also have 36% body fat. i want to loose some fat but i also want to gain some strength and muscle size. i have been going th the gym and lifting and doing cardio. i have already lost over 40pounds but i want to loose more. i would like to get to about 230-240 area and im at 270 but cant seem to loose an ounce. now i was looking at the beastdrol stack and i am thinking about doing that. will that help me burn some of the fat also? please help me out if you can. im in Afghanistan now and i get to go home in Feb. so i want to supprise everyone. thank to any who can help me. now i am in Afghanistan on a military base so i am kinda stuck with what ever food they make. so here is my normal daily diet.
Breakfast: 3 eggs(sometimes scrambled with ham and cheese) and then some bacon and a glass of milk
Lunch: chicken or turkey. not always just chicken breast or anything. but i do go for the baked chicken and not the fried chicken. ill have some fruit or a salad and a scoop of rice if they have it. if not i just stick with fruit or salad. i will drink unsweetened ice tea or a gatorade.
Dinner: again what every they have. i try to eat chicken but sometimes there is only roast beef or pork again a salad and i do drink one diet coke with dinner. and if there is rice i will eat rice also
i dont snack between meals or anything like that and i drink between 1.5-2gallons of water a day.
ok so there is my diet if anyone could help me out a little that would be great. i do cardio every day. im not a big runner so i go out to our track here and i walk for at least an hour. and i lift weights 4 days a week. thank you to anyone that could help me out a little bit. i am very determined to get back into a little bit better shape. again thank you
