Diet Help Please

hey im trying to loose a bunch of fat right now and i want to gain some muscle mass and strength. now im not saying im a pro lifter but i do know my way around a gyn i just havent dont it in years. i am currently 5'11"and 270 pounds. i am 30 years old and i also have 36% body fat. i want to loose some fat but i also want to gain some strength and muscle size. i have been going th the gym and lifting and doing cardio. i have already lost over 40pounds but i want to loose more. i would like to get to about 230-240 area and im at 270 but cant seem to loose an ounce. now i was looking at the beastdrol stack and i am thinking about doing that. will that help me burn some of the fat also? please help me out if you can. im in Afghanistan now and i get to go home in Feb. so i want to supprise everyone. thank to any who can help me. now i am in Afghanistan on a military base so i am kinda stuck with what ever food they make. so here is my normal daily diet.

Breakfast: 3 eggs(sometimes scrambled with ham and cheese) and then some bacon and a glass of milk

Lunch: chicken or turkey. not always just chicken breast or anything. but i do go for the baked chicken and not the fried chicken. ill have some fruit or a salad and a scoop of rice if they have it. if not i just stick with fruit or salad. i will drink unsweetened ice tea or a gatorade.

Dinner: again what every they have. i try to eat chicken but sometimes there is only roast beef or pork again a salad and i do drink one diet coke with dinner. and if there is rice i will eat rice also

i dont snack between meals or anything like that and i drink between 1.5-2gallons of water a day.

ok so there is my diet if anyone could help me out a little that would be great. i do cardio every day. im not a big runner so i go out to our track here and i walk for at least an hour. and i lift weights 4 days a week. thank you to anyone that could help me out a little bit. i am very determined to get back into a little bit better shape. again thank you
 
DO NOT TOUCH ANY SUPS UNLESS NATURAL AT THIS POINT!

These sups are not a miracle drug and are atually more for building muscle other than cutting fat, although that is a secondary cause of them. They can increase blood pressure and compromise your health especially are your weight and body fat percentage. As far as your diet you need to calculate your MACROS (fat, carbs, protein), you need to be eating 6 to 70 small meals. Supplementing with a few protein shakes and the rest of your meals coming from solid foods. At this point you are not getting enough calories, I know it sounds funny but if you arent eating enough food your body is going to try to store everything it can. also you need to up your Protein intake so you spare muscle and dont burn it all off while dieting down.

Try to tweak some things on your own and we can come back in and touch things up for you!

AGXSports has the liposhred stack it has thoe 2 you said and also amplify02 you think that would be good or would the one from primordial performance be better? or both? like i said i am very determined to get back down to my football weight. i was 240 pounds i wasnt cut up or nothing i still had a gut but i was in real good shape. even now i dont have high blood pressure or anything like that and my colesterol is good both good and bad. but its time for my fat ass to get back to it. im thinking about for the next couple months i wont do too much weight lifting and just do the cardio every day or should i still keep up with the weights?
 
Always lift while cutting to keep muscle mass and stimulate your metabolism. Id go with AGX Lipostim3 and Lipoflame, you can buy them together not just the stack once OMEGA reposts everything in the next coming week or so. Id def add PP's FLS as well it will help drop fat as well as help stop you from gaining fat while you diet.

Even though your blood pressure is good now, you dont want to overstress it while you try to cut down. Wait for the "harder-core" sups until you cut down your bf% down closer to 18% or so.

The main focus is going to be getting your diet in order and then working out a traning routine that you can stick to for now. Dont rush things and do things right, it will be MUCH better for you in the long run.

ok now what is the PPs and FLS? next week the site will be back up? what is the website for OMEGA? i want to thank you for taking time to help me out with this. now i dont mean to ask for so much but is there a diet you can kinda reccomend for me? like would a low/no carb be better with cardio and lifting? like i said im am finally fed up with the way i am and im trying to feel better
 
ok i got it thanks. well i woke up at 6am this morning and i walked for about 45 minutes at a good pace and now im getting ready to go to breakfast. im gonna try to start to turn it around today. thanks for your help
