Diet help please

Hey all, I got a quick ? I want to loos some bf. currently around 20% want to be considerably lower. getting ready to start cutting cycle next week including cytomel in stack. (will be 4th cycle.) I am trying to figure a decent diet to be on for now on so I will be eating clean before starting cycle. I hear clean your diet up, but can anyone give examples of their diet. I am a bulky 275 now with plenty mass, but want to cut it up. My workouts are good and productive 6 days per week, and I take in moderate amounts of protein, but I really want to get this diet thing squared away. I just need to know amounts and what kinds of foods to eat and what to stay away from. Karma to all who help me out on this! :rolleyes:
 
~plane oatmeal w/ a scoop of protein & a couple glassesf water is a good way to start ur day.
~ 2 hours later have a whey shake w/ water(try to limit ur dairy if not kill it completly)
~for lunch have can of chickenw/ low carb bbq sauce & green veg
~2 hours later have a whey shake w/ water
~dinner 1 lg can tuna w/ (low carb bbq sauce or salsa-optional) green veg
~snack low carb protein bar
(after workout have well balenced protein meal replacement bar,about 320 kcal. 2-3 glasses H2o )~u need some carbs
 
My program is roughly 1.5g PRO per pound, 1g CHO per pound and .25g fat per pound. I consume a small protein and carb meal for breakfast(shake, oatbran hot cereal and 1/2c blueberries). I eat protein and fat meals the rest of the day except for during my workout and post workout. I sip on a shake during my workout and immediately post workout I have a bowl of mixed fruit and a shake. I try to add as many green low carb vegetables as possible.

I workout six days per week. I only do 10 minutes of cardio to warm-up, train with weights, and do 20 minutes at the end of my workout. It's pretty simple and very effective.
