i agree w/ diamond... but about your diet fuel i believe this is the one w/ Chitosan in it right? If it is stay away from Chitosan, it's a fat blocker but that necessarily is not a good thing. If your diet is in check you don't need this and it will actually hurt you. Chitosan is for people who eat really greasy fatty fast food crap. There are good fats that your body needs, poly and monounsat. fats are good for you, just don't go overboard w/ them. Flaxseed is also good while dieting. There are also fat soluble vitamins like A,D,E,and K. Your body again needs these vitamins and if you take chitosan it will block these vitamins from being absorbed and you can become deficient. Also as i mentioned you need the good fats as well. As you also may know these fat soluble vitamins are also antioxidants... things you need. Just a little warning about Chitosan before you invest in it.
